How much is shipping?

Absolutely FREE! UK delivery is included with your Secret Sauce Box subscription, so there are no additional postage or packaging charges to pay.

When will my box arrive?

We dispatch our boxes on or around the 7th of each month, or the next working day if the 7th falls on a weekend or UK bank holiday. So you will get your box around the 10th of each month.

Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally take a little longer due to Royal Mail delays or other circumstances outside our control.

Do I need to sign for my box?

No! We've specifically designed Secret Sauce Box to fit through most standard UK letterboxes, so you shouldn't need to be at home to receive it.

No waiting around for the postie, no missed deliveries – just three new sauces landing through your letterbox ready to discover.

How is my box sent?

Secret Sauce Box subscriptions are sent using the Royal Mail 2nd Class Large Letter service.

Our packaging has been designed specifically for letterbox delivery, while keeping your sauce samples secure during their journey to you.

What if my box hasn't arrived?

If your box hasn't arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us at hello@secretsaucebox.co.uk and we'll be happy to look into it for you.

Please make sure the delivery address on your subscription is correct and kept up to date before each month's box is prepared for dispatch.
